Error: F_JD20F2: Unable To Execute Procedure. The Database Is Not Published

Issue

While performing Refresh from a SQL Server source database, the Capture job encounters the following error:

F_JD20F2: DBMS error [[ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server] Unable to execute procedure. The database is not published. Execute the procedure in a database that is published for replication]. DBMS error number [18757]. SQL State [42000].

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform Activate Replication with the Supplemental Logging option selected. After activation, you can successfully perform Refresh jobs.
