Why Do I Accrue MAR When Adding New Tables to an Existing Channel?

When I add tables to an existing channel, I expect a 14-day free trial for these tables. Why do I accrue monthly active rows (MAR) instead?

The 14-day troubleshooting trial applies only to new connections, not to new tables added to existing connections.

When you add a new table to an existing connection, its initial sync doesn't count towards MAR, but it doesn't receive a 14-day free trial. For more information, see our DSS Pricing documentation.
